Sometimes a guy just HAS TO vent (and sometimes it can be downright therapeutic to vent in public)! Know What I Mean?!? TransFatty will give me the space to do just that.
Topics on this blog will be varied. Some will be GLBT-themed. Others will be personal. Some will have to do with Queer Activism, while others will have to do with activism dealing with other causes that are important to me. All of my posts will be thoughtful. Many will be fairly serious in nature. Some will show off my rather quirky sense of humor.
Why the name TransFatty? This is my newest nickname that I selected in honor of Cliff Saint Paul, brilliantly portrayed by actor David Blue during the second and third seasons of the hit TV sitcom Ugly Betty. Unfortunately Cliff’s character has exited the series following breaking up with his shallow and thoughtless boyfriend, Marc Saint James (portrayed by Michael Urie). Marc had a one night stand and Cliff decided that was enough abuse to justify ending the relationship (You go, girl! I would have dumped that loser Marc a long time ago! You deserve far better than Marc!!!).
